As a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Rhonda joined the Mill Village Ministries team in February of 2021 with a wide breadth of experience, including most recently serving as the South Carolina Communications Director for Presidential Candidate, Senator Cory Booker. Previous to working with Senator Booker, Rhonda served for 11 years as the News & Community Affairs Director for SummitMedia Greenville. Rhonda has received many awards including the 2011, 2015, & 2018 Radio Reporter of the Year, countless magazine and publication features, and recognition by local and state leaders. She currently serves on the Advisory Boards of Harvest Hope Food Bank and YMCA Teen Services and is a mentor in the “Women of Distinction” program with the Furman University Women’s Basketball team.

Rhonda’s passion for Greenville and connections to various stakeholders in the community perfectly position her as the Mill Village Ministries Community Director. In addition to positively impacting the community through her service and advocacy, Rhonda is the proud mother to her son, Daniel.
