Administrative Assistant (PT)
Mill Village Ministries is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our nonprofit organization. This position will be responsible for a variety of administrative, human resources (HR), financial, and facilities-related tasks. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the organization, providing essential support to leadership, staff, and volunteers.
FoodShare Program Manager
The Program Manager will be responsible for procurement and ordering of produce for biweekly boxes, logistics of receiving produce, management of box packing, and distributing produce to our partner site network every other Wednesday. The Program Manager will manage our warehouse space and communicate with outside vendors to maintain equipment (i.e. walk-in cooler, cardboard baler, refrigerated tractor trailer, box trucks, pallet jacks). The Program Manager will work closely with FoodShare’s Program Team to share ideas, delegate tasks, and operate the program at the boots on the ground level, while also maintaining sight of the larger vision and purpose of FoodShare.
