Jen joined the Mill Village team in late 2019 and served as the FoodShare Program Manager and then Volunteer Manager before transitioning into her current role as the Director of Research, Evaluation, and Innovation in 2024. Prior to moving to Greenville in 2019, she spent close to 10 years years championing sustainable agriculture, food access, local businesses, and youth education through her work as a farmer, agricultural mentor, event planner, and fundraiser in Charleston and Atlanta. Her time with MVM has allowed her to continue advocating for those passions with a deeper focus on equity and community empowerment (and it has inspired her to get out on her bicycle more often!). When she's not working to help evaluate and innovate our programs, Jen can be found with her husband checking out local restaurants, hiking, biking, enjoying live music, and working in their garden.
