A new permanent hub for Mill Village Ministries

What began over 10 years ago as a grassroots outreach has blossomed into a vibrant and holistic community development coalition inspiring multigenerational change. The time has come to unite all four social enterprises of Mill Village under one roof on Pendleton Street in the Village of West Greenville. We invite you to join us!

This expansive $6+ million redevelopment project features a 14,000+ square-foot building, set to be the permanent home for its four social enterprises: Mill Village Farms, Village Wrench, Village Launch, and Village Engage.

This building layout will unite all four enterprises under one roof to multiply our impact. This state-of-the-art space will integrate:

  • Village Wrench full-service bike shop

  • Mill Village Farms FoodShare warehouse to facilitate the distribution of fresh fruits and vegetables across the county

  • Dedicated training spaces for Village Launch entrepreneurial classes

  • Nurturing spaces for youth leadership development programs

This facility is not merely a consolidation of Mill Village Ministries’ diverse enterprises; it is envisioned to be a community hub that reaches out to all Greenville County residents. Featuring an event plaza with public artwork, it aims to be a catalyst for community interactions, a space for minority and women-owned pop-up markets, and a host to special events for the residents of West Greenville and beyond. This building location will place Mill Village Ministries in the midst of all neighborhoods being served.

Will you join us?

We began our campaign with a working goal of raising $2 million, hoping to simply purchase the property. The generosity of our community enabled us to expand our vision. So far we have gifts and pledges totaling over $4.5 million. In light of that amazing generosity, we have purchased an adjacent property and begun renovations on the main building.
